How should healing gemstones and/or crystals be recharged?

Can you run either the gemstones or crystals under water, or should they always be kept underground for a period of time to completely recharge them?

All genuine magic rocks should come with a special charging magic wand.   If you didn't get one, you probably have the fake magic rocks that charlatans will try and sell gullible people.

A "World Class" Native American Healer  told me to clear or clean the energy from the stone or crystal rock by placing it in direct, strong, sunlight, such as in a window, all day, or to soak it in salt water with real sea salt. Just because it says sea salt, doesn't mean that it is. Go to a real health food store that sells herbs. Ask for real sea salt, its bigger, chunks and gray.

        If you know of a Native American that practices the old ways, bring your stones to them. They can clean the energy themselves.
