How should i act around him?

I thought this guy that have been talking to is interested in me so I would take hours to get ready to see him .I even invited him to my place. I think he sensed it because he hinted me that it just friendship and he enjoys my company that’s it. He didn't tell me directly but I got the hint. I was embarrassed but I don't want that to ruin our friendship. Now I want to act like I only see him as friend too .Actions speak louder than words

So how should act around him?

What hints should I drop to let him know that I now understand that we are only friends?

hmm sound like you like him n he like you as well. that is the 1st step towrd LOVE.  Well if you like him that way n if he is single then why you want to wait to let it go? my suggestion is go ahead n tlk to him directly or thru any friend of yours that is best ask your friends or elders help that sound really sweet..You cant act as a friend as you like him very much, if he is'nt interested in  you then he wudnt spend quality time with you. so go ahead n ask you friend to help you. n wait for the positive response...

Just act normal. If he is a typical man as soon as you start not showing intreast in him will be right about the time he starts showing interest in you. Good luck.

Just treat him like you would treat any other friend. That doesn't mean that you guys still can't hang out - just do what you would do normally.

There is no need to drop hints. You liked him and unfortunately he didn't like you back. So now you just have to accept it, realize that you want him as a friend and keep it as such. He will see that eventually...
