  1. Don't say "But everyone else does!!!" Just say Mom can I try some makeup? The next time you are in a store and near an aisle where it is. Don't buy anything major, maybe just a little blush or mascara, or lip gloss.  Offer to pay for it, and promise not to wear too much. Allow her to tell you what you should and shouldn't buy, and when you get home, experiment with it. Ask her if you did it right, and if she says that you did something a little bit wrong ask her politely to show her how to put it on right. Even though your sister doesn't wear makeup doesn't mean you shouldn't. Also, remind her that she said that you could wear makeup before if she's not going with the other things by saying But mom, I remember you saying I could wear makeup before.

  2. be like mom i am getting older and like i am going through changes and i would like to cover my acne and enhance my natrual features so i can present myself more

  3. Just politely say, "Mom you are not looking so hot lately and a bit of makeup would do wonders for you".

  4. If you are going into high school, I think its a perfectly fine time to ask to wear make up. You're a teenager in high school. It's pretty much essential.

Maybe one day when you two are alone, tell her you want to show her something. Go in the bathroom and put a little bit of make up on and say "This is what I want to do in high school. I won;t go over board, just a little bit of make up. It's okay with you, right?"

Also say something like, "I know (sister's name) doesn't really wear make-up, but I am hoping I can. (smile) Please! (more smiles!) "

    Good luck! :]

  5. promise her that you wont go overboard n keep it simple

  6. tell her you want to try make up now

  7. It depends how old you are

and remember everything has its own time and every time has its own place

How old as I am I don't even wear Make up because Make just ruins your face and makes you look older

  8. Say that you are going into high school and everyone wheres makeup and start off with a little and gradually work your way up to more makeup so you don't freak her out.

  9. 1. "Mom can I start putting on make-up?"

2.What if you just put it on? If she asks tell her that she gave you permission a long time ago.

  10. "hey mom can i wear make-up?"

  11. maybe if you are watching tv you could say that you like someone's makeup if it's really light and then say like i might be able to do that  or something

  12. Bad: "Mom I want to wear makeup now."

Better: "Mom, I feel like I'm responsible and mature enough to be able to wear cosmetics. Could I please try experimenting with it?"

  13. Well i think you should give her reasons like, what happens if i break out on pictr day. if your mom is a suck up for a strong answer like mine then you should say, mother i think i am old enough and mature enough to wear makeup i no you hate to c me grow up so fast but i won't cake the make up on like they say less is more so please let me wear makeup

  14. Tell her you are ready to wear make-up now but you want to know how to put it on so it doesn't look trashy....I'm sure she'll want to help you and maybe get a small shopping trip out of it as well.
