How should i become a sprinter and what are its esssentials?

i'm short and thin so i want to also increase my speed its pretty average...........

  1. I heard the best work out is sprinting up hill, Walk down it, and Sprint up it again.

    I is a great workout, plus when you finnaly get to sprint on level ground, you will be amazed at how much better it feels, and faster you can be.

First Have a proper diet...you need the energy to do the work, so first get all the nutrients required for your work.Next exercise,start with basic warm up exercise to stretch out your  muscles so that they don't get injured. Next do jogging for 3-4km. Continue your jogging for 2 weeks and keep increasing the distance little by little. This way you will get some endurance for your body. Next ,If you live near coastal region goto the beach and start running at full speed on the sand for 100-200mts with 2-4 intervals of 1-2mins in between (best 50-[2]-100-[2]-150-[2]-200).Or just practice this at any playground(best results found at beach as its harder to run on the loose sand).Also race against your friends.

    What i did to increase my speed is,skipping,jogging,running on beach sand,race with bicycle riders(i run, they ride), 1000 hopes on each leg seperately(to build muscle and increses stamina.....not recommended), play soccer(main reason to for my training)

  3. first ....eat right.....u need to tke the right kind of nutritive diet with a high amount of protein...and then the right exercise is essential ....run ie jog for 4-8 kms atleast daily or 4 times a week. start out slow, and day by day increase ur jogging distance...
