  1. I felt EXACTLY the same way.

But honestly, it's not nearly as bad once you get there. I promise.

Just make sure you're surrounded by a bunch of people who love you, and you'll love it.

    :)

  2. Just relax and when you get there don't be afraid to ask for help. High school is all about working with fellow classmates. Don't be scared I'm sure you'll be able to make friends!

  3. Are you moving up in grade with your fellow 8th graders? If so, you have a ready made network.  You're all in in together and you'll all be OK.    I was your age when I started high school in a different town so I didn't know *anyone*!  I joined a couple of clubs and very quickly found a group of like-minded friends.

High school is serious but remember, education is a series of steppingstones.  You wouldn't be here if you hadn't succeeded up 'til now.

You'll be fine... I'd wish you good luck but you don't need luck - you already have what it takes to do well!

  4. dont even worry about it...almost everyone whose going into highschool gets this feeling...really you will eventually get comfortable and highschool will end up going by really fast for you!
