How should i convince my mom to let me go outside after getting in trouble?

so today i was outside and my phone died and my mom couldn't reach me

so i came home and my mom was like okay you're staying home inside

IT WASN'T MY FAULT MY SIDEKICK LX HAS A HORRIBLE BATTERY

what should i do?

throw a temper tantrum and then no matter what she says go outside and play on your swing set or whatever

I'd say to apologize and explain the battery situation in a very calm, reasonable way without getting upset or asking to go outside. Ask for her help in getting a new battery. If she seems like she's still mad, don't ask her to go outside yet--let her calm down a little first and give her the space she needs. Remember that she's only mad because she's worried about you and wants to make sure she knows where you are!

If you've had a calm, rational conversation and apologized and she seems calm, then ask her for help in getting a new battery. Show that you're willing to work with her for the solution. If she's willing to take you to get a new battery, THEN ask her to go outside--if you ask her while she's still angry or before you've shown that you're willing to help solve the situation and be accountable, then she'll shut down and get mad.

1.) DONT COMPLAIN...don't raise your voice or argue. just simply state the facts and try to be reasonable. it will show your maturity.

2.) maybe you should have called her on a friend's phone or something like that

3.) if you get in trouble a lot no wonder she doesn't trust you

4.) if you dont get introuble very often then talk to her about how you dont often do things that unpleases her and that you didnt mean to this time either.
