Fried in olive oil  with onions (red or white). Make a tomato sauce with basil and mix the whole thing together. Great in a panini or with pasta.

mix some bread crumbs, cooked chopped bacon (or spinach) with lots osf garlic and grated cheese in a bowl.

bake 350-400 for 20 minutes
