How should i customize my group?

how should i give group name at the back ground of every mail and how should i insert group name at the top of every mail when we post a mail to group.

you cant add that to the top, but you can to the footer- look under management- under group settings click messges- Subject Tag and Footer (Edit) <-- click the edit- add to the footer text box- click save changes
