How should i cut and dye my hair?

That is a picture of me. The picture was cropped down to get just me. I'm about 5'3" and i am 125 pounds. Most call me as emo and goth and around that area. How should i get my hair cut and dyed? I am open to any color and color combos.

you should dye it dark brown or black, get choppy, long layers, and get teal streaks. that will look awesome.

side part it and straighten it

since its gunna be side parted youll havta get your bangs cut on an angle more

dark brown, straight, a little above shoulder, and layered. that way you can go choppy when your feeling hardcore, and smooth when youre not
