I was walking home on my road without shoes on yesterday (stupid, yes, but all i had were heels and they were killing and the road didn't feel that hot), and i burnt the bottoms of my feet really badly on the balls of them.

I have a large blister on both and they hurt when i put pressure on them. i need to dance on them by like...tomorrow.

should i pop them? will they get infected? should i just bandage them and leave them alone? will they pop by themselves and what should i do if they do? and any tips on how to avoid putting pressure on them? ive been walking on the sides of my feet for 2 days and it is causing new pain lol. )=

  1. First soak your feet in a bucket or something similar with luke warm water and lot of salt.  Salt will help infection and soften the water. Leave in say for 20-30 mins, take out and pat dry.  This will make a huge difference to your feet. Then elevate your feet for a few hours.  You will notice the difference when you go to step on them.  Repeat the procedure two to three times a day if possible.  Then put inner soles in your shoes this will take some of the pressure off.  Walk around the house a bit and see if this is okay.  If not put cotton balls under your feet and a small bandage to hold them into place.  I hope this will help you to dance at least.  If you still have problems afterwards see you doctor for medical help. Good luck with the dancing!
