How should i decorate her room?

Question

She's in her teens and it's going to be a surprise, she's moving into a new place. There are hard wood floors (kind of boring) and it's blank white to start with, it's semi-small and has a large window. She's the kind of person who reads teenvogue, and everything else. She writes and is an amazing artist in many ways. She has a pink lantern to hang up, what colours would go good it's a medium spring pink. Can't give any more details. HELP!

black and white and hot pink!!  Go to rate my space on hgtv.com and they have a TON of great rooms to look at!

I think Yellow colored room would match the pink lantern. You can also try Apple Green. It suits her character.

I think green looks really good with pink.  Also even a dark tan or brown would look good too.  If you use green, tan, or brown, as base colors, you could accentuate with pink and or creams and whites.
