How should i do this? (my halloween costume)?

i am going to be a scary ventriloquist doll for this upcoming halloween, how should i go about doing this, what should i where, and how should my makeup be?

ok find a white dress shirt rip the sleeves and some little holes in the body part  put some fake blood on it  red and black stiped suspenders   put them on and cut one of the staps so its just hanging there a pare of black dress pants and kinda rip them a up a bit to and have like one side roled up and one not wear one dress shoe  and for the make up  use some whit cream on ur face and draw 2 lines on eather corner of ur mouth all the way to ur chin with black eye liner  and really mess up ur hair and make it kinda red looking    hope this helps :)
