How should i do this poster?

Question

I'm making a poster for health, and the main slogan is "Cigarettes kill over 50 people an hour" I was thinking of doing a clock with pictures of people smoking on the hour.

What do you think?

Any better ideas?

I like the idea, what if the hour hand had an ax or a sword at the point, and you just had the heads of the smokers pictures.

You could also liter the bottom of the poster with the heads that that were cut off last hour, and X  X out their eyes.

i think that would be really good but fell the whole clock and then arond the outside you colud do the consequences loke an ambulance one parent families devitated people xx
