I'm due on the 10th, so it will be hot out. Should still plan on a cap and booties? What type of outfit should he wear?

  1. i'd just put him in a sleeper somethign warm... if you just weant though that (and you did) do you really want to be in something new and uncomfortable? a light sleeper or if that doesn't work for you just a onesie diaper shirt and bring a couple of recieving blankets theyre not just for puke they insulate while still"breathing" i wouldn't put a hat on him... socks maybe but not a hat

  2. You don't need an outfit, just some warm baby blankets, a baby t-shirt and a diaper.  You don't even need a cap or booties.  Just wrap baby up so that he/she is warm.  Going from hospital to home sould be as uncomplicated for you and baby as possible.

  3. The rule of thumb with babies is to give them one more layer than you would be wearing.  Even though it will be hot, I would say some thin long pants and a onesie type top.  He probably doesn't need a hat or socks, but bring something to cover him up...his skin will be ultra sensitive to the sun and you would hate him getting a sunburn on his first car ride!

  4. a nice dress or something shorter

remember babies that young actually dont feel the temperature but OF COURSE the baby can still get sick etc, bring a dress ( if a girl)or a short top and bottoms (of a boy) and then a blanket bcoz u never know what the weather might bring :P
