How should i get my hair cut?

I want to get a haircut, and i'm not sure what to get. i can never get a straight answer from anyone... i really like this hairstyle though...

this is what my hair looks like now.. i know this is a bad pic, but its the best i can do. i have side bangs and long layers... please help me :) would that hairstyle i like look good? do you have a suggestion? if possible please include a picture of what i should get :)

you should just try to like trim the bangs a little bit, and cut off the side some.
