How should i go to dubai? my existing dubai visa will expire 12-07-2007. now i am working in bahrain?

i left from u a e 11-02-2006. then i could't go back u a e. after 9 month i came to bahrain....... then how i know my dubai visa cancelled or not? if it is not cancelled how i can cancell my exisiting dubai visa?

did you have a working visa ? and not finished your contract with the firm or employer ? if you did not complete your job descriptions and time , and left before expiration ,your visa is no longer valid and you probably will not get another work visa ,

you do not need to cancel it since you already left.

Since you have not been cancelled your existing residence permit prior to your departure from Dubai you cannot able go back.  You should get it cancelled PHYSICALLY, whether it is valid or not.  I would suggest you to send your passport to your former sponsor/employer in Dubai through a reliable agent. They can cancel your residence permit on the same day.  But remember, the Labour Ministry will impose a ban valid for one year on entering UAE from the date of CANCELLATION.  Meantime you can try your luck for applying for a visit visa once the cancellation formalities are over.
