  1. put her in her place. firm, but fair.

Next time she throws you a filthy, walk up and say what the prob?  What you're doing is childish, blah blah blah.  I don't appreciate when you............

I'm sure you didn't know the ins and outs of the job on your second day, I'd appreciate if you stop acting this way and allow me to learn this role.

Remember, you don't have to be friends, you can even say that to her, you just want to go to work, get the job done, go home and get paid at the end of the week.

    good luck

  2. if had to deal with these kinds of people, you can tell them how you feel but when it gets down to it they will never change, but only learn to hide the emotions of hating you, not sure this is the best advise but ill tell you what, i once had a job a grocery store, manager was a beotch and i didnt like the job a whole lot anyway, so i waited for her to bend over to pick up some bags and i reared back and took 4 quick foot sprints and field goal kicked her right in the mouth.  Sure she was a girl, but ill be damed if i didnt feel better.  I may have payed a couple of dental bills, but it was nothing my next job didnt well make up for.  Im sure this isnt the right advise for you but you have to admit it prolly made you chuckle, and yes i did kick her in the mouth.

  3. she is probably PMSing dont take it personal, instead melt her with your kindness, if you get pissed she will just be a bigger B*****, its true

  4. Try to focus on your work. Learn as much as you can. Listen to feedback from persons who are in a position to give such. It's way to early to form an opinion of you new co-worker. Unless the "abuse" is sexual, racist , or personally directed towards a disability you may have, give it a couple of days. Thinking of getting a different job? You will find that it's pretty much the norm to have at least one person "with an attitude".  Moth

  5. I was in a similar situation, the best is to go along with it if you really need the money.  At the same time pull her to the side and tell her your new at the job and want her to help you out. Get to work 10-15 minutes early  and don't look to eager to leave when it is time to go home. If she still has a problem tell her to get ******.

If you don't need the job at the monent tell her to get ******

  6. She doen't sound very fun to be around. Is she your boss, or just someone training you? I would just ignore her and do your job. Don't go down to her level. When she throw a dirty look, just smile back! She will not like it!!

  7. put up with it for now and take everything she says as a learning experience. Don't let your emotions get in the way of completing what needs to be done. Everyone can be an *** especially if that person thinks your a threat. Don't stress, you'll figure something out.

  8. Every boss has a boss. Talk to her boss and ask about the attitude. It might be something everyone is complaining about. If so, her boss should talk to her, thanks to your adding comments!
