i m 17 n 5-9 but i wish to get into largeer leagues.what excercises n diet should i follow????

  1. not possible you are already genetically determined at growth for how tall you are going to be.  You can become shorter however through inadequate diet during development.  So just eat healthy and give it time and be happy with God and your parents gave you.  spud webb is only 5'7" and emmitt smith is only 5'9" those are two great athletes.


  2. Your height is already pre-determined by your genetics.  You may grow a little more, but you cannot make yourself taller.

  4. when you go to be, hook your feet at the bottom of your bed and stretch out a bit, It worked for me. grew 2 inches.
