i want to make a bed and breakfast

i have sims 2 - uni and teen style stuff and buisness

should it be a commuinty place or resident?

i want it to be a busness

any tips please

community if you want to build a business...best bets is to set the lot, name it what you want and don't build anything, let your sim buy the lot and build on it as this works out cheaper.
