How should i move to italy , live and work ?

  1. You can always try to be an english teacher there. Although I must admit I don't know how much demand there is for that in Italy.


  2. The three ways I know of are:

    1) If you are eligible to get a passport to a European Union country, then get the passport which allows you to live and work in Italy or other EU countries.  Being 2nd generation Italian ancestory, a cousin got his and has worked in the EU.

    2) Work for a company in the USA that has operations in Italy. Get transfered to the Italy operations.  I did that, and worked in Milan for 3 years.  The large multi-national companies may present some opportunities.  

    3) Get connected with any Italian chamber of commerce here in the USA, go to their events and meetings, talk to the people in attendance.
