  1. when re-decorating home, bedroom or any other room, always try to choose colors according to feng shui. in this case you will activate powers of 5 elements (water, earth, metal, wood and fire) and support all your lucky "areas" - this will attract love, romance, wealth, money, prosperity, luck etc etc

  4. red and black looks sharp and it will go with any room

  5. i would paint 3 walls hot pink then the wall with your bed black. you can't have too much black or else it will make the room look really small and dark. as for your ceiling i would see how it looks beige then if it doesn't look good you should paint it white.

i think it will turn out great!

  6. If it's not too complicated for ya, I would do hot pink background, with a few thick "column" stripes in black on a couple of the walls.  If I find an example online, I'll post one for ya.

No everyone has the convenience of a nook like that to break up color, so maybe you could do the main wall like that.

Also, to add a touch of snazziness, paint the doorframs glossy black.  ;)

    ENJOY!

  7. My grandson painted his room black, including the ceiling. then he sponged on a different color. put up small strings of lights all around the room.It is so cool.

  8. you should do a "fade" it looks soooo cool!

its like when the top of the wall starts with one color (say pink) and fades into another color (say black) until the bottom of the wall is all black... and then you could make your ceiling pink and your floor or carpet or rug black OR you could do it the other way, black top, pink bottom.. or you can do it with other colors. either ways fades looks really good! (im not sure if its called a fade)

  9. i think you should do two walls pink, one wall black, and your accent wall stripes or polka dots of black and pink. if the beige is close to white you don't really have to repaint it. i would say just paint the ceiling and trim white and it will look really great!

the black could be overpowering so just make sure you balance it out with the pink!

  10. Any of the ideas that you have would be good. I think one wall black rather than two would look the best. Keep in mind that it will take a few coats to get the black wall to look good, so you will probably only want to do one wall in that color. If you're going with hot pink you'll probably still need at least two, maybe three coats on those walls. Anything that vivid just takes a lot to cover. Plus, if you get your paint at a regular store it is going to take a lot more because it is watered down. If you want it to really look good, go for a high-quality paint like Sherwin Williams. It costs a bit more but the coverage is outstanding and it will actually take less coats and therefore less paint. I would leave the ceiling beige, it will look just fine. Have fun and good luck!

  11. just paint over it

  12. if u paint it black it wud make ur room darker so maybe u can paint all of it pink and make the trim black. and for the ceiling u can paint it white or if u want pink or black.
