How should i throw a sinker?

You need to use the same motion as a fastball but loosen the grip of your index finger. The ball will naturally sink due to less speed.

For me, I simply throw it the same way how i throw a fast ball but the diffrense is throwing it softer. For me it dives downward like a sinker.

umm theres no such thing as a foot ball change unless you made it up... and second of all sure, why not add another pitch.
