How should i train for h**l week?

i have 2 weeks b4 h**l week. instead of taking a break, i wanna get in super shape so i dont commit suicide. whats the best way to do this, like run miles sprints, crab, etc?

  1. this is about the hardest most grulling thing you will have to do so my thaughts are you should do what ever you think you cant do because in h**l week if you just quit your done
