How should i workout over the next two days?

I had a two day track meet on friday and saturday and i have another meet coming up on tuesday. I ran the open 400 in 52.4 on friday and the a 4 x 400m relay leg at 51.69 on saturday. What should i do on sunday and monday? i would feel bad just doing nothing....

  1. if the meets important on tuesday, it would make sense for you to rest

    important not not dont do too much

    maybe one day do some drills and strides not too much intensity
