How should my friend style her hair?

She is seventeen years old and a freshman in college. It

Currently, her hair is blonde, but she told me she is ready for a change. I agree. She has been a blonde for about a year now!

From what I know of her she would want her hair change to be noticeable, and a real fresh change.

From what she has told me, she wants something that would help her fit in with the college scene; something that is fun but sophisticated.

I have included the URLs to a few pictures so that you may get a feel of her current hair color, style, and shape of her face.

And links or pictures would be great.

Tell her to curl her hair more often she would look better with wavy hair. She should grow her hair out long. Tell her to get extentions.
