How should my wife dress for her sisters birthday?

my wife and i will be have a 40th birthday party in our backyard for her sister there will be a lot of Friends and family at the party my wife has no idear how she shold dress or what shoes she should wear so any help she could get would be great she is 5ft3 blonde hair blue eyes i65lbs

I think a dress would be nice but it should have some accent on the waist, something like this would be nice, straps or strapless

Firstly you're such a nice husband! :) Awwwwwwww!! I think your wife should wear something comfortable but not too dressy. She'll be the host so she won't want to get exhausted wearing something fancy. A pretty dress would be fine. Preferably something light, since its really hot these days and her hair's blonde.
