How should we practice patience and control our anger?

  1. Do the opposite of what your anger and frustration tell you to do.  You have to realize that some types people are simply incompatible with each other.  If you recognize when a person is incompatible to you then you can treat them with an indifference that will avoid conflict.  If however you allow an incompatible person to catch you off guard then of course you're going to get upset.  You also have to realize that nobody is worth it.  There are causes for which you should let your rage rain upon the world, but they are few.  What you need is a healthy outlet, something that will keep you from bottling things up until you kill a cashier for giving you the wrong change.  I personally take it out on a 100 lb. punching bag.  I don't know how it works, but it does.

    drink cold water and lay down

    think of something more pleasant

    if u r angry at someone then think something nice that that person did

  3. Well good question, when your angry its really the jinn whispering in your ear, making the situation sound much worse then it really is,

    so if you find yourself in getting anry about something, you should right away say, "A'aoudo bilahi min ishaytaun ir rajeem" sry for my spelling, and also start thinking about Allah, recite the fatiha,

    and move from the place you are in, for instance if you are sitting while you are angry, you should get up and walk away from that spot, and if you are lieing down you should sit up, and recite what i said above, and if you are standing either just walk away from the position you are in at the time.

    If you are finding yourself getting very unpatient you should start saying Allahu Akbar, and think of Allah, and ask Allah to give you the strength to not give in to the jinn.

    And just remember its really the shayatan whispering in your ear trying to make things look bad and make you feel right about being upset, or unpatient!

    when you get angry,and  want to hit someone,but don't do so,you

    are displying  tolerance.

    Take a deep breath and hold a glass of water,drink it.

    and Don't say anything to control your anger.


  5. when ever you are angry REMEMBER  that is when you are the weakest and that is one of the times saytaan will place evil thoughts in your mind and you will end up saying things or doing things which you would not ordinarilly say or do.........the best thing is to pray A-uthobillaahi minashaytaanirajeem

  6. When I am angry, I either read the quran or take a long walk to calm me down.
