  1. do some situps and push ups

    and work on your arm muscles by lifting weights.

    possibly jog a little bit. or go to a camp.

    and practice practice practice

  2. make sure your legs are in shape. volleyball mainly uses your lower body. also be sure to get some playing in before tryouts. my coach told me these things, so i hope they help!

  3. if i were you i would start going to the gym and work out to buold some arm musle and then go to camps, do stuff like that. but if were you i would work on upper body strength. or you could get some pointers or help some people who do play volleyball!

  4. u have to have really good upper arm strength so work on tht. i would look into the notre dame volleyballcamp its really good. i would also see if your local high school has a day camp or something so the coaches can get to now u. go to as many camps as u can they really help u improve. work really herd at hitting or if u r a setter work on setting a lot. coaches need people to be good at aeverything but it helps if u have a really strong spot. also make sure u can serve overhand really well tht is something a team really needs is a strong server. good luck
