How sick can my dad get

Question

my dad says he was throwing up all morning. first he blamed the pasta salad my mom made yesterday. cooked pasta, mayo, and a seasoning packet mixed together. one of those quick sides from the store. everyone else ate it and haven't got sick. now he says while he was on the boat, he drank the lake water because he forgot to take the water bottles. i would think drinking lake water would make anyone sick. but how sick could he get? he's willing to go work for a little bit today.

hmm... he should go to the doc and the the doc about the lake water. alot of the time there are chemicals from boats and stuff in there. hee might as well have drank a mix of gasoline and pesticides. hes probably poisoned.
