  1. UK-i don't think there is a minimum...i mean 50cc bikes are banned and they only do 30mph...i think its down to the officer behind you...i don't think you ll get away with doing 50 in the fast lane but in the slow lane you should be ok...


  2. Mostly depends on the road conditions affected by traffic and weather.  Check your driver handbook to see what the minimum speed is for uncluttered roads.

Depends on where you live/drive.  Some US states have a posted minimum speed limit.  Where I live, there are no posted minimum speeds but a cop can ticket you if he/she feels like you are impeding traffic flow by driving to slowly.  This is up to the officer's discretion but he or she must be able to prove it in court if you challenge the charge.

  4. 90 km.h but the proper thing to do it to drive 95 km.h that way people can pass you but you won't annoy them too much .
