How so i pay things that i buy on the internet?

i'm a first timer buying things on the net and i'd like to know how i pay it. do i just get the bill through mail and do i pay it like any other bill?the item i want to buy is located in thailand.

please explain to me how buying and paying it works.

Whether you decide to pay by check, or credit/debit card... its the same process. I recommend seeing if they accept paypal, because it is the most secure form of online payment that I prefer.
