How soon after conceiving can the doc tell if I am pregnant?

I am wondering that if my gyno did a blood test how soon after I conceived could I tell if I am pregnant. I have pcos and do not have regular periods so I am afraid that I wouldnt be able to tell if I took a home pregnancy test. Thanks for the info

If you are pregnant then blood tests are usually positive 10-11 days after ovulation, usually several days before your next period.

PCOS shouldn't affect a pregnancy test. Pregnancy tests measure a hormone called hCG and can be detected from 6 days after implantation.

The only thing that really can give you a false positive is hormone therapy, for obvious reasons.

I know your pain, though. I've had so many false scares because of my incredibly irregular periods.

I think it takes at least 2 weeks (after conceiving) for a blood test to work.

Bloods tests have faster results that regular stick tests. They could tell as soon as you miss a period or a little sooner.

well i takes 2 weeks after conceiving to tell if ur pregnant on the pregnancy test, so blood should tell about that long maybe sooner.
