How soon after implantation bleeding?

should a home pregnancy test show positive? i've been sooooo nauseated for the past week. i've had headaches and been tired. now i am spotting and my period is a week or two away. my cycles usually last 31 days.

i would still wait till your period is due to get a accurate result

Wait a week after your missed period and then take HPT.  Your result will be more accurate.  If you can't wait a couple days after your missed period take a blood test.  I am sending baby dust your way:)
