How soon before we start seeing gas $4.00+??

Gas right around the corner from me just went up to $3.35gal. Thats where I normally go, since its the cheapest. And that is just for unleaded reg gas.

in san fransisco its already 3.82 for a gallon of unleaded, by next week it will be 4.00 a gallon
