  1. There is no benefit to testing early I know it is tempting but you have to remember that the only true result from testing early is a positive one and most ladies just dont have enough hcg in their system to detect a pregnancy that early.  It would be much calmer for you if you were just patient and waited to see if your period arrives and then test if it does not.  It is not nice to get a negative result even if there is a chance it is not accurate and it will make you worry a thousand times more than you would if you didnt know at all.

    Hope you get that BFP!!!!

  2. speaking from experience, wait until you have missed your period.  most miscarriages happen before you even know your pregnant,  i found out very early with my last pregnancy and lost it at 5 weeks, it was horrible.

  3. blood tests look for the same hormone as a pee test - so you have to wait.

  4. you need to wait, there isn't a lot they can do yet if you are, and if your not you would just be wasting there time and resources, give it a week and test...

or do it every day from now, like i did lol....

    good luck hun xx

  5. Years ago, blood tests could detect pregnancy earlier than urine tests because the urine tests were less sensitive then and you had to wait until the period was 2 weeks overdue.  But now that urine tests are accurate from the day the period is due, there is no benefit in having a blood test.
