How soon can an infant ride a plane?

am gonna be a first time mother and i need to travel a 10-hour flight cross-country. By then i will be bringing my almost 1 month old infant, would it be safe and okay for an infant to travel on plane that young?

Yes, but take a pacifier to help their ears. I travelled with my daughter at 1 month and that pacifier was a life saver.

As long as your dr. says OK, it's OK. I travelled longer than that when I was six weeks old (according to my mom).

But if you can possibly delay the trip, you should. I don't want to be a downer, but things can happen with a baby that might delay you.
