How soon can i renew my driver's license?

i just sent my application for adjust of status through marriage a couple of weeks ago, i had a driver's license that expired about a year ago, how soon can i get renew it?

As soon as you can get the documents verifying your marriage name change just take them down to your nearest DMV along with some money and go for it......
