How soon can you get married after cancelling a wedding?

If you cancel a wedding because you realize you were in love with someone who was not your fiance, and then you get engaged to the person you really do love, for how long is it too soon to get married. I'm asking both in terms of thinking about the ex's feelings and the guests who are going to be invited to a second wedding.

Do it when you want to.. honestly people are going to be thinking WTF either way.

Legally, you can get married the minute after you cancel the wedding. But are you seriously going to just run out of the wedding, into a bar, pick up a random guy, and then run back to the altar. No offence, but i hope my future wife wont be like you.
