  3. It depends on what type of chlorine you are talking about. If you simply added pucks/tabs into the skimmer, feeder, or a floater you can swim immediately as these dissolve slowly over time. If you added liquid or granular chlorine you should wait about an hour and test your water to see what the readings are. If high your levels will drop naturally over time (12-48 hrs depending on your stabalizer level and exposure to the sun). This decrease occurs from the chlorine doing its job (sanitation) and by being burnt off by sunlight.
