How soon do you think it's coming?

Okay..so I had a scare this weekend..I was cramping really bad and had really horrible pain in my pelvis area...I'm 36 weeks by the way....my Dr. had me go in to Labor and Delivery on Sunday..I was not dilated any and my cervix was still closed!

Well...I went in yesterday...and in 2 days...I dilated 2 cm and 70% effaced!! Now I know it could still be a while....BUT how many of you have had your baby soon after something like this...just looking for a little hope here...I'm ready to meet my boy!!!

and by the way I think I've been losing y muscus over the last week too...

well i will cross my fingers for you that it happens soon.and i wont say it could be a while as i think you already know this. :)

but i did read that after you hit 4 cms you can dilate alot faster.

There is really no way to know unfortunately because it is soooo frustrating. I am 37 weeks and 2 days, at 36 weeks I was dilated to a 1 and 50% effaced and as of monday I am dilated to a 2 and 75% effaced. I am so anxious and cant wait to meet this little guy. Ive been walking around like crazy lol I even walked up and down the stairs in the movie theater waiting for the movie to start. Haha. Best of luck to you and your baby.
