  1. Like most nutritional supplements and meds, you should take them everyday as directed on the lable, for at least three months before your body assimilates the benefits, however if  you  actually want to SEE results as in healthier skin/hair/nails then give it 6 months to a year.

Well, you have to have realistic expectations.  If you're expecting sudden energy or weight loss you will be disappointed.  You take vitamins to replace what's absent in processed foods.  This will increase your overall health rather than something specific.  You probably won't notice something concrete, but you may realize one day soon that you are feeling better than you have been.

  3. A pill takes 20 mins to disolve and be absorbed by the body. Then there are the fat soluable vitamins... they will take longer. Essientially you will receive the vitamins within 30 mins and your body will start working to use them immediately. You might take a minute before you notice it though. Eventually things like stronger teeth and nails will occur. Clearer thought, healthier skin, and all other sorts of things will happen. But dont forget... that is assuming that you werent receivingthe nutrients to begin with. You eat doses of vitamins everyday. Bread is supplemented, milk is, and many other foods. America does this to prevent gouders and scurvey and other things that form from vitamin deffiancy.
