Hi im 5'9 and i want to know how much am i supposed to way for that height????

  1. Your BMI is 21.4 You are perfectly Healthy!!! You are doing fine. You could gain 5 lbs and be sill great! But you are healthy... Underweight is a BMI of 18.8 and lower.  And having a BMI of 25 is over weight.  


  2. Its probably not so much the weight as it is what you&#039;re eating that worries your doctor. Anything higher then 140 and lower then 160 is normal for your height, but if you are having a hard time finding time to eat you may be nutritionally lacking. Vitamins, fruits, and vegetables are only part of what your body needs. Proteins (found in all meats(or corn and beans if you&#039;re a vegetarian)) and carbohydrates are just as important. Undernourishment is a bad thing.

  6. you can weight up to 168 to be in the &quot;normal weight&quot; category..  and you can also weight as little as 125.. anything under is underweight and anything over 168 is overweight..
