okay so i'm a size 00 or a size 0

and im a size S in tops

but even in size smalls, my tummy sticks out a lil bit.

even though im 5'3 and weigh 102 pounds, i feel im fat.

how can i get my tummy down? like i have an exercie machine at home but i dont use it... i dont know what to do and i feel soo fat.

and dont say im trying to get attention because notice how i havent posted any pix. and plus you dont even know me so how can i be wanting attention from a stranger?

  1. If you&#039;re that self-conscious about your tummy,  just do crunches or sit up. You know, ab exercises.

  3. i have this problem too, altho im in size mediums and i am 5&#039;5 and 120 lbs lol yeah i jsut do situps. it feels better after.

  4. wear empire waist tops, the A-line under the bust will flow away from a tummy, this works best if you have a larger chest (at least larger than your tummy)

    And Im not going to say anything about how tiny you are, because regaurdless of what people tell you your going to feel this way untill your comfortable with yourself.

  6. This is the REAL answer to your question- doing crunches and sit ups wont help your tummy fat, you have to run of that fat! All the crunches and sit ups are for toning and building muscle there...but you wont be able to see all that muscle if u don&#039;t work that fat off first. Running is the best solution to ur problem.

  7. Stand tall. I&#039;m small like you. Always walk as if you were wearing an invisible crown. Standing straight will actually make your yummy appear flat.

  8. ask ur parents how to work the machine so u can use it

    or get a bigger size shirt till u start working out and flatten ur stomach to ur liking

  9. This is probably all in your head. I highly doubt anyone thinks you have a tummy.

    Try sit ups or eat less salt (which causes you to retain water). I don&#039;t suggest dieting since you&#039;re at such a low weight.

  10. fat around the tummy is the hardest to lose. you need to do cardio like running or swimming. but honestly, we tend to be our own biggest critic. i really feel that you think your tummy looks huge! but in reality it is not. we often magnify our flaws when we look at ourselves. i am sure you are not fat, im confident that you are, in fact, beautiful. xoxo.

Sometimes, I feel EXACTLY how you feel, but all u rly have to do, is limit ur junk food intake, nd get outside a lil much, not to exercise, just to have fun!  do worry about, from wat u&#039;ve said ur not rly tht big, soo if u&#039;r rly upset, just watch wat u do a lil more!  i rly hope i helped!

  12. hahah that&#039;s normal! Just stop being lazy and do some abs. You&#039;re so small that they will whip up into shape in NO TIME.. Do some leg lifts.. trust me girl..
