How stressed out are you right now?

I am really stressed just now just so much going on at once, how stressed are you and what do you do to de-stress? Any tips greatly apprieciated!!

  1. I'm Really Stressed Out! Because There Is  A Guitar Barre Chord I Can't Play ( F Sharp Minor). But What I Do To De-Stress My Self Is To Sit Back And Relax! Maybe Watch TV Or Read A Book! I Think The Best Thing To Do Is Listen To The Radio! A Good One To Relax You Is "Magic 105.4 FM" Anyway, Good Luck!

  3. i am not stressed at all at the moment, if you are you need to get some relaxation it doesn,t  have to cost you anything, go to your local library and they can recommend a good book for you to read and get some tips from. try and get some time each day and night. hope this helps.

  4. When I'm stressed I try and face up the fact that I can neither be all things to all people and that I can only do what I can do and that somethings have to be left until tomorrow.

  8. I not stressed right now, I'm chilling out with a conditioning treatment in my hair and my lovely warm pj's!  Gotta love a lazy day.

    To de-stress I usually read a book to take my mind off things, lie down and meditate a bit, go for a long walk in some peaceful country side, or just organize my time so I have everything planned and running like clockwork.

  11. First of all, get rid of the background noise. No radio or tv or anything. If you're at work, find a quiet place. Then you have to get your mind quiet. That starts with your body. Loosen up your muscles, sit comfortably and calm yourself. Clear your mind. You can do it. Just let it all go. Hope it works.

  12. Stress free now that my computer has come out from under the dust sheets, I ripped out my kitchen and things got back to some normality today. I do yoga to relieve my stress.
