When i travel to Dubai with my family this year both me and my girlfriend will just be 20, rather than the required 21 to drink alcohol. Of course we would like to drink while in restaurants but wasn't sure how strict the country was. For example in England with parents theres no problem whereas U.S.A is really strict. Any ideas. thanks

  1. The legal drinking age in Dubai is 21, but if you look older, than they may not card you. I don't think they card very often. Clubs may also be more strict than restaurants.

  2. I recommend not drinking alcohol while in any Muslim country. Although drinking may be legal there, it is still a Muslim country, and alcohol will be hard to find, and if found, drinking might upset the locals.
