How strict are nightclubs in Benidorm with ages?

Im taking my 17 year old daughter with me and need to know

They're becoming stricter, but  I think your daughter probably won't have any problem being a 17 year old girl, especially being  tourist. A lot of bars and discos usually let 16-and so years old people entry.

I'm from Spain and I live there. I was born in Murcia, a province together Alicante (where Benidorm is) and I think they are similar. In Murcia is not usually to prevent 17 year teens entry on a club, but large discoteques can do.

Well i have lived in Spain for 4 years and live quite close to Benidorm . When i first came here the licensing laws where over looked , now its tightened up . Having said that there is still lots of under age drinking going on , especially if the teenagers are not Spanish. Most  bars do display the under age drinking notice.Hope this helps
