Question:

How strict are the judges for the juvinille MITF tests?

has anybody taken this? What is the main thing they want to see. I am so nervous...

The judges usually aren't as strict as for higher tests.  Ask your coach if they have a USFSA handbook and look up juvenile moves.  It tells you everything from the patterns of the moves to the primary and secondary focus the judges are looking for.  Study this and practice your moves a lot and you will do just fine.

  3. It really depends on the judges that the rink hires. But now that you are at your fourth test (already completed pre-piliminary, piliminary and pre juv) the judges still want to give you the pride of passing but at this stage things geta little more serious. The judges will watch your edge quality, power, etc. a lot more than they used to. Before they would sort of shake it off and pass you with a few suggestive comments but now they figure your older, more experienced and you've had enough time to "step your game up"!!!!
