How strong are sperm?

ok i started my period this morning..i had unprotected s*x this afrternoon n found out he came in me...my period lasts 5 days. i was wondering wouldnt the sperm get shed with the liining of ur uterus during ur peiod an *** out? or get killed by the blood n tampon?

n wat are my chances of pregnancy u think?

Hi,

Your chances are extremely low since you are on your period.  There is always a slight chance, but not very likely.  You don't usually ovulate (produce an egg) while on your period.  Sperm only lasts in your system for about 5 days depending on conditions, and I highly doubt you will be ovulating within 5 days if you just started your period.  Don't worry!

they would likely come out with your period blood also sooked up by your tampons. likelyness of getting pregnant are extreamly low as you are not ovulating meaning there is no egg for the sperm to find and fertalize.
