How strong does your ps3 wifi signal have to be in order to play online?

How strong does your ps3 wifi signal have to be in order to play online.

I'm getting a ps3 this christmas.

Most of the time my signal is from 45%- 75%

iT WORKS PERFECT EVERY TIME....

WHEN ITS UNDER 40% IT LAGS A LITTLE IT WILL START TO LOOSE SIGNAL...

GOOD SIGNAL IS FROM 50% TO 100%

THE COMPUTER IS ALL THE WAY AT THE END OF THE HOUSE.. THE LAST ROOM.. MY ROOM IS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HOUSE... ITS ABOUT 60 FT AWAY FROM THE COMP.

I would say 75% for solid, smooth online play.  Nothing less than 50% or it might Lag.  If you can hook it up with an ethernet cable then do it because the connection is more stable. Also, if you have a 2.4ghz phone then it will most likely interfere with your wireless signal.

My computer is in the same room as my PS3 so I get 100% my PSP works in my bedroom online at 82%.  I think I pick up my neighbors signal at like 35% but I have never gone online with it.

As long as the signal is above 50% you should be in the clear to play the games.
