How strong is Zanaflex?

my doc prescribed me these today at 4mgs a day at night... will these help me sleep?

In my personal opinion they sure will help you sleep my husbands pain management dr prescribed him those with his pain med and the 4 mg ones that are round they knock him out at night that's why we call them the knock out pills they also come in a capsule which they knock you out to just a few minutes longer good luck defiantly take at bed time

How one responds to medication is individual.  

I use Flexeril and it doesn't cause me any sedation.  Zanaflex knocked me out.  So yes, it will help you sleep at night.
